You get to be you.
If you are in your teens or early 20s, know that therapy with me will continually come back to the question, “What does being true to yourself look like?”
Facing the confusion and pressure of social media, family expectations, anxiety and depression, heartbreak, and friend problems can leave you with your head spinning, feeling alone, and at a loss for what you really want…or even who you really are! Whatever challenges you find yourself up against, it is my intention to help you to find relief and answers. Being true to yourself will always be the foundation. And don’t worry if you’re unsure that you’ll like what you find when you begin to discover this “true self.” We can work on that, too.
Many questions will guide us along the way: What are your values? What does integrity look like? What does integrity feel like? How do you want to navigate the world and face the challenges before you? And what gets in the way?
Our work together will help you find your internal compass — not only to guide you through what’s happening now, but as a foundation for navigating the rest of your life.
I look forward to meeting you,
Selina
